Why your best post did badly on a Friday

It was not the algorithm. Your audience had already mentally left the building.

You wrote something good. It landed flat. The temptation is to blame reach, so you check whether the platform changed something.

It probably did not. B2B attention follows the working week, and by Friday afternoon your reader is clearing an inbox, not thinking hard about positioning.

Anything that asks for thought wants Tuesday or Wednesday morning. Anything light and shareable survives Friday fine.

The practical version: keep a running list of your best ideas and spend them on the days people are actually working. Post the lighter stuff when they are not.

One caveat worth holding. If a piece dies twice, on different days, it was the piece.

Good ideas deserve Tuesday.

One email. Monday morning. Four minutes.

What I worked on, what went wrong, and one thing worth stealing. Written for people doing the work rather than reading about it.
